We take great care in delivering dumpsters to customer sites, paying close attention to potential underground features. However, DMWS is not liable for unforeseen sub-grade conditions. Customers must inform DMWS of any underground assets along the delivery path. While DMWS takes special precautions, we are not responsible for damage to surfaces like asphalt, brick pavers, or concrete.

Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpster during the rental period. This includes damage from unauthorized relocation, disposal of wet paint or sticky materials, paint overspray, or the use of heavy equipment that dents the dumpster.

Please handle the dumpster with care, as additional charges may apply for repairs and cleaning.
